12 Month Warranty

You might have noticed that many branded marketplaces are not giving warranties to their customers. Unlike them, Ronnie Market gives a 12-month warranty to their customers on every tech product. This warranty is either by the manufacturers or by Our Vendors without any difference.

Within this warranty period, every flaw observed or found in the device will be returned to Us and repaired or replaced, In case it is irreparable. If the manufacturers or vendors are unable to repair or replace it we will give you a gift card or score credit equal to the product’s worth.

On top of all this please make it clear that if any physical damage happens to the product then a warranty option will be available for you. Ronnie Market can assist you with the matter of repair.

What is Covered?

• Dropage, Leakage, Fractures, Liquids, and Mishandling are all included
• All that is not included in the warranty lists.
• Replacement, Delivery, Callouts, and Installations are also included.

What is Not Covered?

• Damages that do not affect the device's functionality such as; wear & tear and cosmetic damages
• Negligence and intentional malpractices’ damages are excluded
• Loss and corruption of data stored in the device
• Stolen devices don’t fall under the warranty.

How Does It Work?

• You will have to report within 30 days of your damage via mailing us on the purchasing account that you made at Ronnie Market.
• We will mail you after your claim is approved for further instructions to submit your device at our nearest repair center. 
• When your device is brought to the repair center within 24-48 hours you will be informed about your device whether it is repairable or irrepairable.
• If it is repairable then it will be returned to you after being repaired and if it is irreparable then replacement will be offered to you
• If the Manufacturer or vendor is unable to give you a replacement then you will be given your repayment.

There is a simple method to claim your warranty right after your device gets damaged within the given period of Warranty;

Step 1; Login or create an account at Ronnie Market with the email you used while purchasing the Products

Step 2; Move to the catalogue of your order and Identify the Product with the issue and “Claim Warranty”

Step 3; Fill in all the details in the warranty form and finish it.
