How do I track my order?

Once logged into the account click on the ‘My orders” section.

Check the tracking information.
 

  • If your order is processed and in dispatched status, you will receive a tracking ID and link to view information.
  • Moreover, if the order has yet to be assembled, there will be no tracking ID available. Wait for some time in the case.

Note: If you face any issue with your order, you can easily click on
“Contact courier," which will redirect you to the delivery partner, and for further assistance, just click on "Help.”

 

I have opted for express shipping. Why is it taking a long time?

Normally, express shipping takes 24 hours to 48 hours for the order to leave our vendor store. Delays may sometimes happen due to various factors, like carrier issues. Missing and wrong shipping information and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping timeline and process:

  • The order will take some business days to be dispatched depending on the vendor and the date on which you have done purchase.
  • Once the purchase is done, then you will get a confirmation email with the tracking shipment link.
  • You will stay updated from the delivery company which normally takes 1-2 days on section track “My order”.

How long does it take till I receive my order?

  • Dispatch timeframe: The orders normally take 1-5 working days to be dispatched from our vendor store.
  • Delivery timeframe: We do deliver typically in 1-7 working days, including large and midsized items. But a few orders take time more than expected due to factors beyond our control.

Tracking shows it has been delivered, but I have not received my parcel. What should I do?

  • Check with your neighbours: You can check with your neighbours and with the household members sometimes they receive on your behalf.
     
  • Check with your security staff: Go and check with your security staff or building personnel; maybe they held it for you.

My order still has not been shipped. What should I do?

My parcel was returned to the sender, Why?

My parcel was deemed lost in transit. What should I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience you have faced with your order. We always try our best to provide safe delivery of your purchase. Sometimes it happens that parcels get missed from the courier side; we can imagine this frustrating situation for you.

I have the order, but the box is damaged and my device is missing. What do I do?

I’ve found out that my device has third-party hardware. Can I claim a warranty to have original parts?

Your device's functioning won’t be affected by the third-party hardware. 

 

Rest assured, repairs may be essential sometimes to keep the performance of the device at its optimal level. Moreover, the used parts of the gadgets are tested successfully, and these are suitable for use in your device.

 

I have accidently damaged my phone, is the warranty voided?

We are sorry for the loss. But the best we can do is the warranty does not cover the harm to the device from the user, through another person or an impact.

But it covers any harm to the equipment from the water, heat, force or any other external factor. 

 

 

Does water damage void the warranty? although the device is declared to have an IP68 rating?

Good news!  Our vendors open the pre-owned devices for testing. So that our valued customers should get what they have asked for. That’s why our used device comes with a water-right warranty.

 

 

How long would it take for the device to be fixed?

When the device gets fixed, it is eventually sent to our vendors. Our vendors check the equipment thoroughly, and within 2 business days with repairs and fixes, they provide you with the tracking details of your chosen device.

Once your shipment is on route, please be aware of these things:

  • We can’t accelerate the delivery time of the device that you sent to us for repair.
  • We are gladly here to address your issues related to your equipment with our vendor and collaborate with them.

 

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

Normally, when the order is cancelled or refunded, it takes a timeframe of 3-5 business days, excluding weekends, depending upon the service of the bank with which you have made a purchase.
