You can request a return when you find your device damaged, Incorrect, Another device, or missing at the time of delivery. You can return your device within 30 days, after which you cannot claim the return policy.

Return Method

If you do not have an account at Ronnie Market you can log in to the account with which you purchased that product. There are certain steps that you are supposed to do to claim the return policy.

Log in to Your Account

Once you are done with your login then go to the “My Order” option and have a look at the Products you purchased.

Choose A Device and Return

You should choose the device you ordered from your product catalog. When you find the problem with that product then you are allowed to return it.

Click on that device and then click on return. Make sure you do not claim a warranty policy when your return policy is still active.

Fill in the Details

Fill Up the details that are required. Select the options of the repair, replace, or return option. The accuracy of the information is the compulsory thing otherwise your return claim will be at risk.

Please make sure to upload the four pictures of the tech product before claiming the return policy.

We will get you

Once you are done with the return claim wait for our response. Within 48 hours we will contact you. Return of the product without our communicating with us is unacceptable. First, we will approve your return policy then you should return your products.
